With 30+ years of consulting and in-house Human Resources experience, Sherry brings a unique perspective and skill-set in partnering with operational and executive staffs to provide expertise in areas such as strategic and operational planning, organizational effectiveness, culture and employee engagement, team development, cross-functional alignments, leadership coaching, recruitment, skills training, and performance management.

Spanning a wide variety of industries and sizes, clients have included: Kaiser Permanente, The San Francisco Ballet, Charles Schwab, Intel Corporation, Applied Materials, Gilead Sciences, Amgen, Lawrence Berkeley Laboratories, Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company, Bank of America, The Town of Danville, and the California Historical Society.  

Prior to establishing a consulting practice, Sherry was the CHRO for several mid-sized multi-state organizations headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area.  She earned a Liberal Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley.

In her spare time, Sherry enjoys performing in musical theatre and dance productions, and considers a dance studio her ‘natural habitat’.
